Helen Eleftheriou is founder of The Early Talent Consultancy. She has over 20 years of Talent Acquisition experience working in a variety of industries across Executive, Experienced and Early Careers teams.
Most recently Helen was Global Head of Early Careers at Rolls-Royce plc where she led the transformation of Early Careers increasing the number of diverse talent hired onto the Early Careers programmes. During this time Helen and her team also won a number of prestigious industry related awards. Helen is hugely committed to nurturing and recruiting diverse Early Talent in a creative, engaging and inclusive way. Passionate about all things Early Talent and truly encouraging students to follow their dreams.
Outside of work Helen volunteers as a Careers Enterprise Advisor at a school with a high number of students from lower socio-economic backgrounds. Helen’s role is to increase access to careers opportunities for the students.
