Empowering youth employability
The Early Talent Consultancy in partnership with the Careers and Enterprise Company and D2N2 designed and delivered a suite of employability programmes.
The programme aimed to provide young people particularly those from lower socio-economic backgrounds, with employability skills to prepare them for the future. The programme was delivered to c1900 year 10 – 13 students from 33 schools across the region with support from 38 employers who volunteered to take part in the initiative.

There were 6 programmes which were designed to equip students with the skills needed for their job search.
Through collaboration with employers, the programme successfully equipped students across the D2N2 region with essential skills and valuable connections for their future careers.
By providing equitable opportunities and expert advice, this initiative contributed to the overall career readiness and aspirations of the participating students, empowering them for success in their professional journeys.
